Come evening and we're all looking for something to kill those hunger pangs that have been hounding us well after lunch. But we are no where near dinner time and all you can think of is something savoury to have with your evening tea. And then sometime around 4 pm a wok has been set and the oil is bubbling on College Road in Ludhiana.  Yes! Samosas are set to be fried and your hunger is set to be satisfied... There is, indeed, nothing more gratifying than garam garam samose with a garam garam cup of chai. And if you have lived a meaningful life in Ludhiana, you would have savoured the aloo and paneer ke samose from this nondescript shop called Rama Sweets, on College Road,  which is now being run by the third generation of the person who started making samosas there. The third generation owner, Rakesh, says, that his family has been making samosas for almost 60 years!
